Editing Your Photos & Video Highlights
This guide will walk you through the steps to get your edited photos and video highlights after your event coverage.
What You Need to Do:
1. Edited Photos:
- Create a new folder named "Your Name/event - Selected Pictures".
- Copy your chosen photos (10 per hour of booking) into this folder.
- Tip: For a two-hour event, this would be up to 20 photos. Choose a variety of poses and your favorites.
2. Video Highlights:
Music Selection: Choose a song from our suggested music list: link to music suggestions [https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1umTevF60-JfZC9wVEYNeQWqiOkcKAe5J?usp=sharing]
- OR If you prefer custom music, send us a link to the MP3 file or Youtube link with details.
- Note: Changing music after editing will incur a $100 fee.
- Video Title: Provide the title you want for your video, following this format:
- "[Your Name] Housewarming | Birthday | Baby Shower | Wedding"
- Optional: Images for Video Create a folder named "Photos for Video" (These will appear in the highlight or ending).
- Pick 10-12 photos you want included (optional).
3. Sending Your Information:
- Once you have everything ready, email it to: akkisphotographyatx@gmail.com
- This includes:
- Selected photos folder link
- Music selection Link
- Video title
- Optional: Photos for video folder (if using)
Editing Timeline:
- Please understand that editors have personal lives and busy schedules.
- We will try our best to complete your edits as soon as possible.
- There is an editing queue. Once we receive all your information, your project will be added to the queue.

- Detailed Notes: Clearly explain your vision for the video, including any particular scenes, transitions, or effects you'd like to see.
- Timelines and Pacing: If you have a specific timeline or pacing in mind, please share your thoughts.
Please note: We allow for one revision to accommodate minor changes or adjustments. To avoid additional fees, please provide as much detail as possible upfront.
